I see the food industry changing in the next 3 years as this becomes more common. My allergies were only discovered after an emergency trip to the hospital in 2015. Thankful that I was in the USA then, and the doctor that helped me understood about food allergies. After cancelling out all other possibilities we tested for that and found out I was dairy intolerant. Yeah one day I woke up and could no longer take my favourite coffee and ice cream. 🥲 Good news is... I took 2 years off to study nutritional therapy, gut health and fixed my own IBS and eczema. That was 10 years ago. I vlogged my entire health journey on Snap. Now I see the rest of the world catching up. Might do some stuff to help others on managing allergies and natural gut healing. 🤔
