They are expanding the league every other year right now. Even teams not from the top can afford and can attract very good players. What is it if not development?

This is true, but well - that's all coming down to money. Money, money, money. Neither Buli or LigaF wants to use money on the clubs. In England the situation is different, zero focus on developing players and just get the talents from the other nations. Just like PL.

Esto que dice Nusken aplica a la liga española. Las jugadoras no quieren venir a ligas donde está todo decidido en abril. Son deportistas y sí el dinero influye, pero también miran lo deportivo. La situación del Real Madrid para atraer jugadoras es muy complicada.
