This morning, Senator @commish_pelton's SB26-015 passed on third reading unanimously. It’s about time we start treating crimes against children with the seriousness they deserve. This bill moves in the right direction by strengthening consequences for those who exploit minors and making it clear that kids are victims, not criminals. Not watered-down compromise. Senate Republicans are proud to deliver for families, children, and law enforcement.

The degradation of Colorado’s roads is crippling to our transportation industry, a massive part of Colorado’s economy! Having the 47th worst rural roads in the nation, Colorado is a disgrace. A priority should be creating safe and accessible transportation throughout Colorado.
