@GuyTalksFinance Bro, VOO is for boomers. Real gains are in BTC and alts. But you do you.

@dkpapin There’s a guy on my street that daily’s a McLaren and parks it under a carport. Older guy that I assume said the hell with 300k and just pissed it away. So much cooler when you just run the tires off it.

@qpe Fresh out the gate I doubt it would have done much physically, more emotionally setting the tone of the fight.

@RoaringHammy High school kid quality post.
You don’t have a lot millionaire friends either.

@salvin_joseph I got out of commercial because of this, it’s just a headache.

@MarioNawfal In round 1?
More like first 3 seconds. Total flop.

@dylthorn 20 years ago I was on the truck, since then I’ve ran 3 production and 2 small job crews. I’d never let a small job crew go without a laborer.
You can’t see through the windshield.
English

@CommonSense502 So are you saying you're personally on the truck every day with a helper because that's a completely different thing than having a fleet of five to twenty technicians on the road?
English

They are probably paying per clean or doing something to control there own costs.
I know I personally would not work alone cleaning an exterior because financially it doesn’t make sense.
I don’t really care what anyone else is doing, I know from actually performing the work it’s much more profitable with helper.
English

So from the companies that I'm seeing that actually scaled to 5-10 million a year profitably, I do tend to see more one-man crews. Assuming they're not a commercial-only company like somebody like Perfect Power Wash, I've seen them use a lot of one-man crews. I know Wise Guys Pro Wash does a lot of one-man crews and obviously it depends on the job but they just realize it's more profitable.
Now if you do roof cleaning mostly al, it's a little bit more defensible for a number of reasons. If all you're doing is house washing and pressure washing like Hammer @HammerTimeSales does, his labor bill is basically $500 to $600 for a $1,000 revenue . It doesn't make any sense
English

Agree to disagree.
Everyone here runs two man crews and you even said 90% of business’s do and that’s for reason.
No offense but it’s not like no one has thought about this before and it’s some major break through you’ve came up with.
It’s good practice when working off roofs incase of an accident.
It’s also how you train and promote from within.
A 35/hr skilled employee and a 20/hr low skilled employee typically gets 2.5x as much completed than the skilled employee alone on labor heavy tasks. Once the low skilled employee gets a few weeks training it gradually increases.
When you start factoring vehicle and equipment costs you want to bill as much as possible. I’d much rather have 3 trucks with two guys costing 55/hour than 5 trucks with one guy costing 35/hr.
English

It's pretty common for HVAC or plumbing guys to run solo technicians so those companies do 200 million a year because there's no benefit to a second guy. Same with something like carpet cleaning. You end up keeping your technicians more because you can pay them a lot more because they're more productive when they're a single man. The idea being that two men will not double the output of a one-man crew. You're able to pay more per person for one man than two

@shawngorham The 6.7 is by the far the best motor, the rest of the truck not so much.

@RealPlantBrah There’s insane markups in that, probably more made off owner financing that sale mobile home.
The idea is they pay for 2-3 years then bail and you repossess is my guess.
English

@drayinvests New content is severely lacking.
Seems I’ve been waiting two weeks to watch a documentary about a ship wreck because nothing else new has came out recently.

@nintendobenzo @MobofJoggers Like him or not he’s not a piece of shit.

@MobofJoggers Jerry is fucked on levels never seen before.

@RoaringHammy If you can’t live off 100k with no mortgage something is wrong with you.
