A. Can't speak to qualifications for psychiatric nurse. Only work 10 hour shift. Not always on duty. Q. If person is on ground, unable to get up for hours is that Car 60 case? A. Psyc nurse would not go into cells. Q. How about in community?

A. No, not without mental health components. That would be a "man down" call. Ambulance. Since 2020 they use health app to input clinical information and send to hospital. It provides categories for answering questions. Doesn't give officer specific medical advice.

Guards can disagree with officer. Guards are not supposed to enter cell. Never had instance where guard has entered cell. Wouldn't want guard to enter even during hanging for fear of guard safety. Mentions "fake hanging."
