SCPC members, alongside the @ASCPharm and the NCPA (@Commpharmacy), spent time on Capitol Hill this week continuing efforts to gain support of H.R. 5031 and S. 3159, legislation to strengthen #LTCpharmacies and protect the millions of patients they serve. The groups were honored to be joined in conversation by @RepGwenMoore and @SenMcConnell.

🚨 BIG WIN: Tennessee passed the FAIR Rx Act. Landmark PBM reform in Tennessee is one step closer to becoming law. The Legislature passed a bill this week that bans companies from operating a pharmacy, PBM, or insurance company in the state at the same time.
