A10. -Act quickly; waiting to correct a mistake just makes you look bad. -Admit you made a mistake; let your audience know a mistake was made and that you are working to correct the issue. -Design measures to ensure that the mistake is not repeated. #StartupChats

@Startup_Canada @CommunityPOP A10 Be authentic, vulnerable and transparent about the mistake. Own it, explain what went wrong and how you’ll do better in the future. We’re allowed to make a mistake but how you handle it is important. #StartupChats

@Startup_Canada A10 Sometimes if you are caught, just accept the mistake publicly and show your team is human. I would also recommend before posting any social media, re read 3x, then looking up hashtags before you post. #StartupChats

@Startup_Canada A8 But if you just want to do a simple setup of and A, all you need is 2 webcams and a software to stream (It’ll take time to design a nice template) I recommend xsplit to try out #StartupChats

@Startup_Canada A8 I strongly recommend anyone going into stream to contact one of our past suppliers streamingstore.ca in Oakville Ontario. They are the streaming experts. Streaming was very expensive to set up and only cheaper the more you did. #StartupChats

@Startup_Canada A8 You cannot simply connect a Camera to a computer and film (You will need Magewell HDMI Dongle as an example) Cameras cant auto connect, you need a device to translate it , some people also use Black Magic black Magic Mini Converters #StartupChats
