Just a few hours to go to @WBINC_Doc going live. The first exposure of the culture and behaviour inside #WBUK. So grateful this is being made public, not sure how #WBUK will react, think they will react to this like they have reacted to every concern, ignore, shred, smear and consider themselves beyond accountability.

We have been on the receiving end of #WBUK retaliation for raising valid concerns. So much harder for an internal #WBUK #whistleblower. Well done @TweetDreams333 for speaking out, it will save so many #whistleblowers from coming into contact with #WBUK and being harmed when they need support the most.

@CompassnInCare Cheers, Eileen. You're an absolute legend. Same goes for Christine at @Whistler_News, @TracyAustin_ and everyone else who has spoken out about how dangerous and disingenuous WBUK is.

Joe Styles (top centre) was one who dishonestly called #WBUK a "charity" online, a term which misled media & distressed people, some folk even considered taking their own life when told they had to pay. Styles is now at Ofcom. We've not seen him call out WBUK's misconduct yet.

Thank you to the 62 people who gave us evidence and especially to the #WBUK internal #Whistleblower @TweetDreams333 who spoke out about the concerning culture inside #WBUK. The truth about #WBUK can no longer be ignored or justified.

Considerations: 1. The Royal College of Physicians have said her Bill is unsafe 2. The Royal College of Psychiatrists have said the Bill is unworkable, and unsafe 3. The British Geriatrics Society have said the Bill’s safeguards are not adequate 4. Domestic abuse charities have said the Bill is unsafe 5. Organisations representing disabled people have said the Bill is unsafe 6. Royal College of GPs says the Bill lacks adequate safeguards 7. Lord Stevens, ex NHS CEO, said legislating for assisted dying in the current climate of hospice cuts is “utterly ridiculous” 8. MIND says the safeguards are not adequate 9. The CLADD group at KCL (DOI) have said the Bill is “not fit for purpose” 10. The British Association of Social Workers say the Bill’s is not safe enough

Where will the documentary be available Eileen? Mark @BankConfidenti1 & I won't have any dealings with WBUK. We have always supported bank/financial Whistle-blowers pro bono. On one case a few years ago we were asked to get involved as the Unite lawyers & barrister were not putting the real PIDA allegations in a WB's claims. We spent months supporting them & helping the claims be redrafted on the correct basis, based on the regulatory breaches. The WB spoke to WBUK because they were not happy with Unite's barrister, we had looked into it and spoken with senior Unite members & knew unless it was separately funded, you had to take the legal team they provided. WBUK said they could get round this, which we knew was not possible... so we asked how they suggested it could be done. At that point the WB was told "you've had your free 2 hours, if you want to know more, you must sign a confidential contract, pay £110 per hour for our support and agree to pay us 10% of any compensation you receive". I had told WBUK members several years earlier that you cannot represent people in claims/complaints on commercial terms unless you were licenced. Fortunately the WB listened to us, got a very good settlement and it cost them nothing. I have no idea how WBUK has been so involved in Parliament & got away with those practices. I have been told they have even sued WBs for fees, although I can't verify that. Unfortunately in some APPG's there is little or no due diligence & they are simply lobbying groups or commercial enterprises trading off their access to Parliament & MPs. This abuse through some APPGs & their funding needs investigating. @MLorrM @Wftproof @nw_nicholas @ArturNadol7566

Tomorrow is the day of the first exposure of #WBUK, an organisation that has championed #Fake #Whistleblowers has a CEO who has used multiple #whistleblowing identities all #Fake and has even had a #Fake helpline. An organisation masquerading as a support Org in order to push their funders bounty agenda. Its small wonder #WBUK hates genuine #Whistleblowers we have blown their cover. #AFakeFitForNetflix
