The day you drop Flat Barbell Bench Press for Flat Machine Press OR Flat Smith Press is the day you’ve reached PEAK ENLIGHTENMENT
𝔻𝕒𝕟.@fwdaniels
in the gym if your goal is to grow your chest, bench pressing is a waste of time

@himshouse Another foreshadowing of the ban being lifted (rfk a few weeks ago being the major foreshadowing)

$USO negative divergences are aligning with $SPY approaching 200 SMA. Just an idea but if $USO price goes down short term this would allow $SPY to see a bounce at 200 SMA likely in the near future.

$USO Negative divergences everywhere...
English

@Zac_Markovich 200 SMA also sitting at about $660 (daily timeframe)
English

$SPY -1.4% today. Volume about 80M. Volume has recently been higher on red days like today. Todays wasn't too high just something to note. At the same time price is approaching 200 SMA at about $660.
Always important to pay attention to higher timeframes. The weekly timeframe is still more bearish than bullish in my opinion. Broke under and rejected the 20 SMA the past two weeks on higher than average volume.
This isn't to say we can't see some sort of bounce at the 200 SMA on the daily (about $660).

@cubs204 @ManOnThePen Didn’t know that. Then try keeping the macro ratio and just lower the calories

@CompositeKyle @ManOnThePen 50-60% carbs is not going to work for a diabetic
English

4 weeks ago, I went off GLP-1 therapy after being on the highest doses for 3 years. (Type 2 diabetic)
In the last 28 days I have tracked meticulously.
Starting weight: 281.4 pounds
I’m averaging 2,597 calories a day.
Protein: 206g
Carbs: 189g
Fats: 123g
I’m working out 4x a week (HIIT) for around 1.5 hours with an average burn of around 750 calories.
I also started TRT at this time. 140mg/wk.
Today, the scale says 295.2
+11lbs

@Investinc_Intel Yeah I would use it if it were a feature. If only more fat people would use it instead of just getting the drugs

@CompositeKyle I used to be a heavy myfitnesspal user too. Would love for it to be an integration into $HIMS. Mix in wearable it just builds the data flywheel so they can understand you better.
English

The next thing I’d like to see from $HIMS:
Build a MyFitnessPal-style feature directly into the app.
• Track nutrition
• Track exercise
• Integrate with labs
This would perfectly complement their diagnostics layer and, more importantly, create a powerful feedback loop.
Hims could see:
– What users are actually doing vs. what’s recommended
– Where adherence is breaking down
– What needs more emphasis or personalization
Now take it a step further:
Imagine you could simply scan your food or type a quick description of your meal, and an LLM instantly estimates calories and macros.
No manual logging. No friction. Just simple, easy tracking.
That’s a massive UX unlock.
There’s also a clear monetization layer here; premium features, similar to MyFitnessPal, could easily sit behind a subscription.
This pushes Hims further from just treatment → toward a full-stack health optimization platform.

@chad_ventures The upper wicks on the recent candles have me leaning bearish. But like you said not much reaction when price has touched the gap below. Might flush all in one day at this point

@pdicarlotrader Chances are if you’re buying, you’re exit liquidity for big money at this point
English

@Edward13T @PostyF1 @fiscal_ai I never take naked shorts and I’m not going to buy an option because I don’t know when it’s going to go down. Do you think it’ll never see that price again?
English

@CompositeKyle @PostyF1 @fiscal_ai If you have that much conviction. Short it.
Go ahead, why not profit on both ways?
English

@brian_armstrong Great once you know which opinions to consider and which ones to ignore
