@Comwave Out for five days. They are finally sending a modem. I need two channel changers. Over fifteen years with the same two. One hasn't worked for over five years.

@Comwave Well, 3 days without internet, holding with tech support for 90 minutes, the technician apparently leaving the phone after a forty minute pause at the end of business hours. Still not fixed. It is 99% chance it needs a new modem...but peace and quiet seems their choice

@Comwave After five days without service. No telephone. No t.v. Two sessions of more than 90 minutes each time with zero success.
The result...well, he's sending a new modem. Not sure if you remember, but that's what I said had a 99% chance of being need when I tweeted two days ago.

@theJagmeetSingh Rogers has cornered the cable and internet market. Saw it while I was working on the V-Chip in 1999 and on. First Shaw then everyone else. Now @Comwave @CRTCeng We need more options. Domination must be prevented to make the market a competable one.

Does Canada have a competition bureau?
A year ago I researched alternate cable/internet options.
For our needs @Comwave was the best option.
They use Shaw lines and service but way cheaper.
FF Rogers buys Shaw. Now Rogers bought Comwave. We went from multiple Options to none

@Comwave the internet 1000 says it comes with a Modem. Do I need to buy a wifi router separately?

Another almost 5 hours of lost connection @Comwave . Again, I had to call in, go through voice mail to tech support to be Rerouted back to Customer Service. Gee, trying to HIDE from us? Why no email on your side?
