@ConacDevlin They found 10mm polyps in my bowel I’m now on 2/3 yr colonoscopy’s I had plenvue it’s was gross so I will get moviprep next time, I was in agony during the session aswell !

Listen up people! I had a Colonoscopy yesterday- absolutely no pain etc. NO EMBARRASSMENT- NONE! Take the medication offered so no pain. The drinks the day before really not that bad - just neck them & drink lots of water. Thank god all good but I was worried & now I’m not. DO IT

A construction worker was lifted up by a crane on a building site in Shankill, Dublin.
He was eventually lowered down when the crane driver became aware of the construction worker hanging on for his dear life.

@ConacDevlin Conac,my last primary school teacher (1957-59)was a remorseless teacher of grammar & punctuation. He imparted to me a fair knowledge of grammar. Then, a comma in front of "and" was common, less so in the 1960s. II taught English Gaeilge French & a little Spanish for 30+yrs).

No evidence to suggest third-party involvement or criminality around the three women’s bodies found in the sea in #Brighton. Good news that this was not seemingly malicious and that there’s no risk to others, but so heartbreakingly sad. Thoughts with the families and friends.

I’ve just done the shopping virtually on the phone with Himself in ASDA, navigating him down the isles to the cheeses, the tinned goods, the bread and trying to explain the difference between Doritos & lightly salted tortilla chips was a test of love and endurance 🤣🤣🤣
