You managed to take an auto payment for 1 of 3 trips in the to the same address in the same week but not the others? How come???

@TfL I have never met a more incompetent & inept company in my life! Just been told by the enforcement team they can’t talk to the account team even though the account team have clearly made the mistake that caused the penalty. Is no one able to take responsibility??
