@htmella AI is definitely helping and will eventually transform clinical trials, the biggest bottleneck is access to clean clinical data but we are seeing improvements there also!

Our work suggests that current pretraining methods for GFMs are ineffective as the pretrained models do not outperform its supervised versions trained from scratch.
To achieve pretraining gains similar to NLP & vision domains we need to rethink pretraining in genomics!

However, is unsupervised pretraining useful in genomics domain?
