Still can’t get over the fact that nearly 60 years later we still have a day celebrating this movie that most people haven’t even seen.

@FrankTracy @PaulMcCartney There was a lottery to be able to buy tickets. A friend of my husband’s won the lottery but by the time she got in, the ticket was $1,660. It was later up for resale at $8,000.

I’m going to kill myself for missing this opportunity. How do people even become aware of this event? For God sake, @PaulMcCartney I will beat Lorne Michaels’s $3,000 offer for all four Beatles by ten or even twenty dollars for just you to show up and play in my living room.

The first film I saw Bud Cort in was M*A*S*H, where he had a small but devastating role as Boone, wrongly blamed for a death by Frank Burns (Robert Duvall) “You killed my patient!” The second film I saw him in had arguably the greatest fourth-wall break in film history. RIP 😢

@sbliss89 OMG. I have two things to say: 1. Given my love of condiments AND movies, THE VINEGAR SYNDROME is an iconic name of a video store. 2. You need to host a Shane Movie festival because while I’ve seen many of them (I know what’s the matter with Helen), NIGHTBEAST is calling.
