I expected more from Condor Airlines. @Condor @CondorCares

I saved for a long time to take a rare international trip to attend a friend's wedding in Crete.
I even paid for an extra checked bag so I could bring everything I needed.
Then Condor lost both of my checked bags from June 3 until June 8.
Five days.
That means I paid for extra baggage and didn't even get to use the items I paid to bring with me for almost my entire trip. By the time my luggage arrived, I only had access to my belongings for about one day before flying home.
Because Condor lost my bags, I was forced to buy replacement clothes, toiletries, and other necessities out of pocket. Then I had to pay for additional baggage on the way home just to bring those replacement items back with me.
To make matters worse, I was charged hundreds more in baggage fees at the airport, including charges I am still disputing.
So let's recap:
• Paid for an extra bag.
• Condor lost both checked bags for 5 days.
• Had to buy replacement items.
• Had to pay for additional baggage because of those replacement items.
• Charged hundreds more at the airport.
• Still waiting for reimbursement.
For an airline transporting passengers across the world, this is unacceptable.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with Condor? What happened, and did they ever make it right?

We flew YYC–FRA–VIE. Our stroller was tagged for gate delivery in FRA but was mishandled. PIR VIEDE10655. The stroller has now been located in Vienna, but AAS Vienna states that Condor has refused delivery to the address provided in PIR.

@Condor Congratulations. I have flow more than 20 airlines in my life and Condor is now the worst of them all. Im on flight DE1504 from FRANKFURT try to get to Mallorca. We have been disembarked and taken back to the terminal twice due to aircraft unable to be operated safely. Very poor
