Hey @Condor , im März habe ich einen Rollstuhl angemeldet und auch die Daten an specialassistance@ geschickt. 2 Tage später eine Antwort bekommen, Daten fehlen noch. Diese dann nachgereicht. Jetzt bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr. Fieger geht am 07.05. Was mach ich da?

@Condor @Condor_America lets you pay for flights that aren’t actually available. After charging you, they say the booking failed - no ticket, no email, no explanation. You’re left chasing support and waiting 10–14 days for a refund, while needing to rebook. Unnaceptable

Hey @Condor , first time flying with you. Flying business from PDX to Stuttgart. Was told by @AlaskaAir at check-in that I can use their lounge. After arriving was told the only way to get in with Condor was if I was flying through Anchorage. Is this what I should expect?

@Condor Great since your company refuses to answer my emails, I will contact you here. I was promised a refund of $354usd and only received $340usd. While $14 doesn't seem like much, it's the principal of the entire situation i endured by Condor. Send me the $14 thx.

@Lacapo8 Schade, dass dich unsere Preise der Eintagsfliegen nicht überzeugen konnten, aber wie du schon geschrieben hast, richten sich unsere Preise nach Angebot und Nachfrage. Wir arbeiten stetig daran, faire Preise zu gestalten, um die besten Angebote zu bieten. 😊

@Condor Eintagsfliegen- irreführend.3 Flüge,3x ist der Preis plötzlich bis zu 50€ hoch. (business class DE-Chania) Natürlich richtet sich der Preis nach Nachfrage/man sollte schnell sein. Aber 3x innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten.. da sollte man so ein Angebot gar nicht erst anbieten.
