Worst Customer service by @ConfirmTKT . Cancelled a ticket on 05/03/2026. Today is 21st March. I still haven't received my refund. Every time I contacted their customer care their words we are doing it on priority by EOD you will get it for sure since last 4 days.

Hi Rancho, the Alternate Travel Plan is designed to support customers in completing their journey in case the ticket remains waitlisted and gets cancelled after chart preparation. The full base fare is refunded to the original payment mode. In addition, a benefit equivalent to the base fare is provided in the form of a coupon 1X for train bookings and 2X for flight or bus bookings to help facilitate alternate travel options. This structure is transparently communicated at the time of booking, enabling customers to make an informed decision before booking their ticket.
