It appears significant disassembly is required to acces extrusion gears, and no documentation is available. Layer adhesion on a PLA test print is almost nonexistent, resulting in a model that can be pulled apart with minimal force. The embedded small test print performed a lot better - the printer profile included in your website download may be very different than what was used to slice the firmware embedded test print.
