Happy to share our paper (academic.oup.com/mbe/advance-ar…) on identifying transcription regulatory sequences (TRSs) and genes in coronavirus genomes, which also appeared in #RECOMB2022. This started as a course project by @psashittal and @ZHANG_Chuanyi in my bioinformatics class. (1/n)
