Joe Schoen wouldn’t have to worry about getting strong armed by Dexter Lawrence if he built a talented team. The Seahawks can trade a guy like Dex away and not lose any sleep. But he didn’t. The Giants are disgustingly untalented and will be even less talented without Dex, resulting in yet another abysmal defense. Way to go Joe! Always step forward, two steps back.

@BBUGiants Anyone can ask for a new deal at any point, doesn't mean they get it. If he signed a 2 year guaranteed deal he could've gotten a new one before last season. Instead he has a piss poor season, no guaranteed money and no leverage. When he was paid, he was the 2nd or 3rd top guy.
