@123regHelp I need some assistance with emails, keep going in to Spam, advised "it is because missing what’s called the SPF record on their domain, which is responsible for verifying that the emails sent did indeed come from them. This is the reason why they are going to junk."

@123regHelp @SophiePiper_PR @123regHelp you always reply and say engineers are working on it but it takes you hours and hours everytime this happens to resolve. It costs business' money. You can use webmail we know but it is not the same and very inconvenient

@SophiePiper_PR Hi Sophie, our engineers are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, It is still possible to send emails using our Webmail platform (webmail.123-reg.co.uk/login/). Sorry for any inconvenience.
