The Israeli Air Force has reportedly approved the purchase of two new combat squadrons of F-35I “Adir” stealth fighters and F-15IA advanced strike aircraft from the United States. According to reports, Israel could eventually field around: • 100 F-35I stealth fighters • 50 F-15IA strike fighters The deal involving Lockheed Martin and Boeing is said to be worth tens of billions of shekels and would significantly boost Israel’s long range strike, deep penetration, and regional air superiority capabilities. Even drone operations in places like Somalia rely on infrastructure routed through Germany. Remove that, and you don’t weaken Berlin—you blind Washington. Yet somehow the narrative persists: America is doing Germany a favour. That Europe is the dependent, the beneficiary, the so-called “freeloader.” It’s a convenient story. It’s also strategically backwards. Because the reality is simple: those bases are not acts of generosity. They are instruments of power. And they exist in Germany not for Germany’s benefit—but for America’s ability to operate far beyond its own borders. Take them away, and the question isn’t what Germany loses. It’s how much the United States does.

Last week Chancellor Merz called Washington’s handling of Iran humiliating. 5,000 U.S. troops are coming home from Germany. That is about 14% of the 36,000 American service members stationed there. The Pentagon confirmed Friday. A full brigade combat team and a long-range fires unit. Gone within 6 to 12 months. Trump told reporters Saturday the cuts will go “a lot further” than 5,000. Defense Secretary Hegseth ordered the drawdown after a Pentagon review of U.S. posture in Europe. America has subsidized European security since 1945. Why keep 36,000 troops in a country whose chancellor called Washington’s handling of Iran humiliating?

Germany has the 4th largest economy on earth. Built entirely under American military protection. Trump pulls 5,000 troops and they call it a betrayal. Betrayal. America rebuilt Germany from rubble in 1945. The nerve of these people is absolutely staggering.

BREAKING: According to Israeli Military Sources, the procurement of 25 addtional F-15IA and 50 more F-35I Adir fighter jets for the Israeli Air Force is a part of major plan for preparing the IDF for war against Turkey in mid-2030s. The Israelis government views Turkey and then Saudi Arabia, backed by Pakistan, as future major regional enemies of Israel in Middle East.

US troops are not in Germany to protect Germany. They’re there because the US needs bases to conduct operations beyond the North American continent. If Trump withdraws them, he will harm the United States, not Germany. It’s absurd how many Americans fail to grasp this.
