@ConnockIan I can only assume it’s because he either didn’t complete his pass in under 20 seconds… or he didn’t drop out of Laundry’s zone inside 20 seconds. Caught in the middle… nothing he could do. Such bullshit.

Poor Sam Long…. Rewatching the Laundry pass.. how can anyone justify Sam’s penalty. There was really nothing he could do. He was coasting. No advantage gained 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ #ironmanworldchampionship

@benevans78 Look at the outlaw group, they’re great events. I needed some time away from running this year and got back into Tri after a 5 year break. Did the Outlaw Half in Notts and it was fantastic
