@DylanEveryday And Chip was lowkey revolutionary at Oregon with success in Philly and even had UCLA competent. Matty P was a multiple time Super Bowl DC, this is not any of those and people saying “look at Matty P” need to stop. He could be successful, no reason to think he will be is the issue

@_tylerdixson @DylanEveryday Feel like if they were still involved and there was actually genuine collaboration and a plan for it to work, it would be better, idk. Just feel like OSU is hamstringing themselves. Biggest issue is beyond their control though of not having a single huge booster.

@ConnorBarnette8 @DylanEveryday The Foundation issues go way beyond that. The money quit getting donated at such high clip and the Schotts businesses lost considerable amounts of business (200 million) in revenue alone, not just profit from 2024-2025 and they were the main ones bankrolling it.

@_tylerdixson @DylanEveryday The clip is taken out of context but when you look at how The Foundation operated, then he comes in and it basically disappears, you can make the argument he isn’t doing everything to maximize NIL, and the “rules” aren’t real so following them only hurts yourself.

@AngryCinnamonT @ConnorBarnette8 @DaBuckeyeBoyz He had success as a coordinator for the majority of his career, had a bad stint as a HC. And Dallas fans have seen their team sitting at home for the last hundred years, too, so they probably shouldn't be too picky about who gets hired.

@SpartyOn21 @DylanEveryday How does the third, fourth, and fifth best G5 team “win the conference”? The thought of more than 1 G5 team is bad enough, but five is genuinely awful. Parity may be rising in the sport but the G5 will never compete because all their best players will leave for P4 schools.

@ConnorBarnette8 @DylanEveryday Yes. Tough to win a conference. Talent is already spreading, parity increasing. With time G5 will close the gap enough to at least make games competitive.

I’m pretty sure Jim Schwartz is smart enough to avoid taking the interim tag especially for this season. If you fired Kevin in season your probably giving someone disposable the interim HC job also it would of been a terrible look in Berea to do that

@Kwen_C Fear is they just elevate him and then he keeps Rees. Question is, if they liked Schwartz so much and knew they were gonna fire Kevin, why didn’t they do that like 6 weeks and give him a run as interim?
