PSML Game Recap: Cole Tanner led off the game with a double. Connor Drowns followed it up with an RBI single to take a 1-0 lead. The Royals scored another run on an error to make it 2-0. Preston Rowe singled up the middle to make it 3-0 Royals, and finished a productive three run first inning. In the 4th inning, Connor Drowns singled to extend the Royals lead to 4-0. Clayton Welker came up and hit singled to center field to make it 6-0. Jace Wilkerson doubled to right field for the Sand Gnatz to scratch a run on the board. In the bottom of the 4th, the Royals scored a run on a passed ball to extend the lead 7-1. Preston Rowe reached on an error that scored another run to make it 8-1 Royals. Carter Piercy singled and scored a run to make it 9-1. Cole Tanner reached on an error and another run scored to make it 10-1 Royals. Connor Drowns single 11-1 Royals. Kohl’s Diamond Gallery Royals Roll Past Tin Lizard Titans Kohl’s Diamond Gallery Royals jumped into the lead in the bottom of the fourth when Connor Drowns doubled, scoring three runs, and Mike Dunne singled, scoring one run. Kohl’s Diamond Gallery Royals scored six runs on four hits in the bottom of the sixth inning. Braylan Smith singled, scoring two runs, Brian Cummings singled, scoring one run, Preston Rowe singled, scoring one run, Cole Tanner drew a walk, scoring one run, and Drowns grounded out, scoring one run. Lance Kiesewetter earned the win for Kohl’s Diamond Gallery Royals. He allowed one hit and zero runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out eight and walking none. PSML Game Recap: We had a thrilling game at ICC where it came down to the wire. Former Houston Astro Carlos Sanabria was electric tonight for the Firehouse Pizza Expos. He was throwing hard and striking guys out. He went two innings allowing three hits, and striking out five. In the top of the 7th inning, the Expos tied it up as Stufflebeam hit a two run single to tie the game up. In the bottom of the 7th inning, the game was tied with one out.
