Seems like a pretty easy fix. If you own a second home that you rarely use, rent it out for at value or under value, with an agreement with the renter that you need to use it from time to time. From my understanding the taxes don’t apply if you rent your home or condo.

One voter than didn't rank Iowa had 9-4 Hawaii at #25. Hawaii lost to Arizona by 34, to UNLV by 28.
