No company is perfect, but I don't see how this levels with having games you bought be taken from you after 30 days of not playing it. I am completely fine with not modding my Switch 2, I'll take that over losing game access.

Nintendo has the ability to shut down your switch 2 console and brick it remotely if they see you modding it or tinkering with it in anyway. But them having this ability is completely anti-consumer in every way and have yet to disable this. Why the comparison?

But most of the pages and vocal online comments calling it slop/not real trek/disparaging the show with no actual constructive criticism aren’t doing that.

Why does it have to be so binary, can’t someone just not like it for legitimate reasons? In the case of TNG and DS9 they were eventually universally loved, but Dicovery had multiple years and just got worse, labelling any negative comments as “trolls” isn’t helping, please try engaging with the reasons fans are being negative? Instead of negative comment = troll. I’m 45 and had grown up with Star Trek. TNG/DS9/Voyager were my teenage years, being labelled a troll because I don’t like the writing and have some critiques doesn’t simply make me a troll.

Trolls even troll Star Trek legend Jonathan Frakes memories (because, let's face it, who would know what's inside Jonathan Frakes mind better than Star Trek trolls?). But I, and others, prefer listening to the source rather than the noise. Especially since the "noise" makes $$$ on @X by TROLLING . So-- I'm filtering out the noise ( attn: Mr Del Arroz-- can't take the X-bait anymore now. Wisdom has prevailed !) EMH out.
