Last night I discovered a family member had blocked me online. Not a distant cousin you see once every five years - but someone I’ll never fully be able to avoid. Not someone you can politely sidestep at the odd wedding or funeral. Now strangers on the internet don’t bother me in the slightest. But this did. I lay awake thinking about it. Bleakly, I found myself imagining the future. Them at my funeral. Or me at theirs. Awkward, but obliged to be there. Why are you bringing on people like this man who has clearly never spoken to a survivor of the crimes he discusses instead of people actually reporting on these crimes or the survivors themselves? I have a podcast 6 years deep featuring survivors of Epstein & Co and there’s nothing ground-breaking this man said - and that’s likely why ‘no one is talking about it’. Maybe connect with those of us who are boots on the ground working directly WITH survivors of these atrocities as well as the survivors themselves if you want to get to the bottom of the truth and what’s actually being hidden.
