@noc_kponer But in the Avatar universe, you have to be born with the ability to bend. Training alone cannot give a non-bender bending powers.

Quick question, can someone without bending powers be able to bend if they learn it? Toph said she learned earth bending from badger moles and it seems she wasn't born with it.

See how Ameachi is competing for the ticket of the ADC. Doing the work . Setting his own narrative and making the electability argument . Something Peter Obi ran away from and instead pour cold water on opposition efforts to unseat Mr Tinubu at this critical time . History will be unforgiving of his role . Ameachi is running for the ADC ticket and fairly as it should be .
Imran Muhammad@Imranmuhdz

I listen when they say former Vice President Atiku said he has never failed the primaries before. I hope this will be the first time he fails the primaries. That is not the issue, the issue is that every time he has passed the primaries, he has not won the election. - Amaechi

They never do. I've said for years that almost nobody in Nigeria has experienced actual love before, whether male or female. Not from their romantic partners, not from their family, not even from their parents. It's all an unhealthy soup of unprocessed emotions, theatre performance and the worst kind of unbridled capitalism. Nigerian relationships are characterised by a lot of things. Things like Desire. Lust. Dependency. Codependency. Convenience. Need. Force. Love is unfortunately not one of them.

Peter Obi excused himself from tough situation. If he can not face party tribulations and crisis, how does he intend to handle Nigeria,? Because Nigeria wahala pass ADC problems oooo. He can only operate in an air-conditioned kitchen. Hot kitchens are not for him. He has never gone through primary, APGA gave him free Governorship ticket,Atiku gave him free VP ticket, Labour gave free Presidential ticket. He can not be part of Primary election, reason why he left PDP, reason why he left ADC for another free ticket in NDC. NDC is an agency of APC. Senator Dino Melaye

PUBLIC NOTICE WARNING AGAINST ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. The Office of the Director General Security Matters is not unaware of the current tension in parts of the State following the unfortunate incident involving the death of Mr Oghenemine Ogidi in Effurun. We acknowledge the pain and concerns of citizens, and investigations into the matter are in full swing to ensure justice is served. 2.However, it has become necessary to address a disturbing trend arising from this incident. During a recent routine patrol by officers of Operation Delta Sweep, an individual accosted by them became unruly, questioned the lawful stop, and physically assaulted an officer by grabbing and dragging the officer's uniform. Contrary to what was being circulated, the officer involved is a member of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) on official duty, not a Police Officer. 3.The State Government and all security agencies strongly condemn this act. While we understand public anger over the Oghenemine Ogidi’s incident, it must be emphasised that no citizen is permitted to take the law into their own hands, insult, or assault officers discharging their lawful duties. 4. In view of the above, we therefore warn the general public as follows: i. Desist from any form of assault, obstruction, or disrespect toward law enforcement officers. Such actions are criminal and will be met with the full weight of the law. ii.Do not resort to self-help or mob action. Two wrongs do not make a right. iii.Channel all complaints of misconduct, brutality, or unlawful behaviour by any law enforcement agent to the appropriate authorities: the Police Complaints Response Unit, or the Office of the Director General, Security Matters. 5.We appeal for calm and urge citizens to allow the law to take its course in the Mene case. The security of lives and property requires the cooperation of all. Attacking officers makes policing difficult and endangers the entire community. The State Government remains committed to justice, accountability, and the protection of all residents. Hon. David Tonwe Director General, Security Matters/Coordinator Operation Sweep

Interpretation… 1. I might leave the ADC because of the legal issues. This was the same reason I left NNPP. 2. From my records, I am a committed party man. So I am not threatening to leave because I’m afraid of primaries (like some people 😒). I have done better than the patron of ADC before, and even when he won, I supported him. 3. I have been a zonal campaign coordinator, former governor, former senator, former defense minister and a PhD holder in Engineering. I cannot be the vice to a second class lower division philosophy graduate who has only been a governor. . . Ultimately he released this to disassociate himself for the nonsense OK movement conference that held yesterday.

Clarification on My Political Position We have noted recent media reports and discussions suggesting a possible realignment within the African Democratic Congress (ADC) due to the current challenges facing the party. In light of the misleading narratives in the public domain, I wish to state categorically that no final decision has been taken regarding my political future or that of my political associates. The recent Supreme Court judgment, while affirming the legitimacy of the David Mark-led National Working Committee (NWC), also remitted the matter back to the High Court. This has left the party in a precarious position. In addition, the Federal High Court has recently ruled to delegitimise the party’s recent convention. The Attorney General of the Federation has also strangely applied to a Federal High Court to deregister the ADC. We left the NNPP due to externally influenced legal problems that made our stay perilous. The ADC has now been also forced into this difficulty. Consequently, like other major stakeholders, we have commenced wide-ranging consultations — including with leaders from the NDC, PRP and others to explore the best options for protecting our democratic interests. We shall announce our decision in the soonest possible time. On the issue of presidential candidacy, I wish to recall my consistent record as a committed democrat. In the 2014 APC presidential primary, I came second to President Muhammadu Buhari (whom I fully supported to victory), with Atiku Abubakar third, Rochas Okorocha fourth, and the late Sam Nda-Isaiah fifth. Similarly, in 2019, I contested the PDP presidential ticket and immediately supported the winner, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, serving as the campaign’s coordinator in the North. I have always placed national interest and party unity above personal ambition. Furthermore, the ADC is yet to zone its presidential ticket or take any decision on a candidate. I have therefore neither declared any intention to run for president nor endorsed any aspirant. All speculations to the contrary are premature and unfounded. My absence from the two recent ADC stakeholders’ meetings was due to unavoidable personal commitments. I promptly communicated my apologies to the party leadership. We shall continue to engage constructively at all levels. Any definitive position on our political direction will be communicated formally through official channels at the appropriate time. Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE Former Governor, Kano State Former Minster of Defence

Prayer for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR @officialABAT from Pastor Okezie James Atañi @Onsogbu Almighty God, the Eternal King and Ruler of all nations, we approach Your throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude and faith on behalf of Your servant, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Heavenly Father, I thank You for the divine grace that has positioned him in this high office. I bless You for the wisdom, courage, and strategic foresight You have already deposited in him to lead our great nation through complex seasons. Thank You for preserving his life, sustaining his health, and granting him the strength to bear the weight of leadership. Lord, I now commit President Tinubu afresh into Your mighty hands. Endow him with supernatural wisdom and discernment far beyond human understanding, that he may govern Nigeria with excellence, justice, and uncommon insight. Grant him clarity of vision to steer the ship of state through economic challenges, security threats, and developmental hurdles, turning every difficulty into an opportunity for national rebirth. Father, strengthen him daily with fresh oil from on high. Let Your Holy Spirit be his constant Counselor, Comforter, and Guide. Protect him from every satanic arrow, hidden agenda, and evil conspiracy. Surround him with a hedge of fire and dispatch Your angels to encamp around him, his family, and his entire administration. Shield him from physical and spiritual exhaustion, from betrayal, and from every form of weariness that seeks to derail his assignment. O God of heaven, grant him divine health and vitality. Let every part of his body function in perfect alignment with Your divine design. Renew his youth like the eagle’s; let his strength never fail, and let his mind remain sharp and focused for the enormous tasks ahead. Lord, I pray for uncommon favor upon his leadership. Cause the economy of Nigeria to flourish under his watch. Open doors of unprecedented investment, job creation, and industrial growth. Let peace and security reign in every region of our country from the North to the South, East to West. Silence the voices of division, insurgency, and unrest, and let the sound of progress, unity, and prosperity echo across the land. Bless the policies and reforms of his administration with supernatural success. Let every good intention and every bold step he takes yield abundant fruit for the Nigerian people. Raise up loyal, competent, and God-fearing men and women around him who will support his vision with integrity and excellence. Finally, Lord, I ask that You make President Bola Ahmed Tinubu a transformational leader whose tenure will be remembered as a golden era of Nigeria’s renaissance an era marked by justice, equity, innovation, and inclusive growth. Let his name be written in the book of national honor, and above all, in the Lamb’s Book of Life. I declare that no weapon formed against him or this nation shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment shall be condemned. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, I have prayed. Amen and Amen. #PresidentTinubu #GodBlessNigeria #TinubuForNigeria #DivineLeadership

He was standing at his post, doing his job, and he never came home. On 18th April 2026, Inspector Habila Mangai was carrying out a lawful stop-and-search along the Owerri-Okigwe Road in Imo State. He was right where he was meant to be, doing the job he promised to do. A Mack truck hit him. He was taken quickly to the Federal Medical Centre in Owerri, but he did not survive. Inspector Habila Mangai was part of the Isiala Mbano Division. He was on duty at Amaraku Junction, a place where his community knew and respected him, and where they will now mourn his loss. The driver and vehicle are now in custody. The State Motor Traffic Department has started a full investigation. Justice will be served fully and according to the law. IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, offers his deepest condolences to Inspector Habila's family, colleagues, and everyone in the Imo State Police Command. His sacrifice will not be in vain. To all motorists in Nigeria: Officers at checkpoints and duty posts are humans too. They are sons, fathers, husbands, and colleagues. Please slow down, follow traffic rules, and respect their lives. Inspector Habila Mangai, your community showed us your true character. They mourned you even before we could speak. Rest in honor, gallant officer.
