Free speech does NOT protect all speech. Child pornography is already an exception to free speech. There are also several other exceptions.
The definition of child pornography extends to AI and cartoon depictions of child erotica.
True free speech absolutists do exist, and they want all these things to be legal. I've had many unfortunate encounters with them, which is why I no longer call myself a free speech absolutist.

People hate it when you "both sides" an issue but my god are both sides of the Chibi vs. Schlep lolicon debate just absolutely awful.

This is the same patent cited in Nintendo's legal action against Palworld. Nintendo has two months to appeal the decision. Does not automatically end the Palworld lawsuit, but weakens Nintendo's position on this mechanic.
