John Lynch is clearly a gut-feel guy Which can work at times But really, your job is to beat the market benchmarks as a baseline, and take your calculated shots, like the Eagles tend to do, not just pick a punter in the 1st because "he's our guy..."
Warren Sharp@SharpFootball

we are going to have a deadly serious conversation about the 49ers and John Lynch in about an hour just pulling together some data get ready most 49ers fans realistically know they've drafted like garbage some national people think John Lynch is right to say he doesn't care about the consensus board this won't be pretty

@asianmomriot @PeterSweden7 Your 'statistics' are based on assumptions never proven true in the first place The data has been largely misrepresented, misreported and out-right missed That's why @DowdEdward of the world track meaningful signal and data that are market driven, the greatest truth of all = $

@PeterSweden7 You are statistically much more likely to die from taking slightly too much over the counter pain relief for a bad back than you ever were from the COVID-19 vaccine. Your post has so much misinformation in it, it's almost an insult to misinformation itself.

This should be headline news EVERYWHERE. A Pfizer insider who was former head of toxicology in Europe has just come out and said something that many "conspiracy theorists" suspected. He estimates that 20 000 to 60 000 people in Germany have died from the c*vid vaccine. This was said at a parliamentary enquiry commission in Germany. So why isn't this massive news being reported everywhere? Is the mainstream media that has recieved millions in funding from Bill Gates deliberately covering this up... 🤔

@BrandonGraves25 @jonbrooks @JohnRavenda There has to be money here No one willingly pays 3K month for a studio in NYC except because that's where their cash flow is Remote work got revoked Everywhere but Miami is on a big downturn if look at the numbers And will get worse with too much new inventory and inflation

@jonbrooks @JohnRavenda Tell me you don’t understand how attractive Florida is and how awful it is in Blue states without telling me. Florida will continue to grow for 20 years LOL

Florida real estate could drop 35% from peak over the next 3-4 years. Migration to Florida is already down 93% from its peak. The people who were going to move here... already did. There's no second wave coming at today's prices.

Ok, that is just hysteria. First, the inventory for sale is near an all time low and I live in South Florida and I can tell you when homes go up for sale on our community they are sold in days. More people with serious money are moving here and when we pass the real estate tax reduction for US citizens with a homestead exemption all other properties tax will go up 4-10 fold or more. This will require the Black Rocks, AirBnB, etc to sell as the inventory increases. Your analysis is weak and apparently stated for some narrative you want to occur and in reality it won't. More companies are moving here each month and bringing their high paid employees and we are removing illegal which will also free up more housing and jobs. Florida is about to have a huge growth spirt.

@NYfanFLman @jonbrooks Capitulation is coming. Give it 6 months. But, yes. In Central FL listing prices are 2023 vibes, with dozens of new housing developments, some with hundreds of houses. Reality hasn't set in, but the dumping will happen, and no one to catch the falling knife.

Florida demand didn’t slow. It fell off a cliff. Net domestic migration is down ~93% from peak. 2020–2022 wasn’t a boom — it was 5 years of demand pulled into 2. Builders built. Investors assumed buyers would always show up. Now the chairs are empty.

Why did the Gators lose to Iowa? Their best Def/Reb player did nothing and got 1 rebound vs a smaller team All he had to do was listen to some Pat Summitt clips Who knew
Gary Williams@gfunkera882

@94FeetWBB As Pat Summitt once famously said, "offense sells tickets, defense wins games, rebounding wins championships". South Carolina - 42.5 RPG UCONN - 37.7 RPG South Carolina upsets UCONN!

@nickgerli1 In central FL been watching market anecdotally 3 years, there are hundreds of new housing developments while old homes get listed, endless price cuts, long listings, pending sales that fall through and short sales. Neighbors bought 3 rentals in 2022, just dumped 2. Will get worse

There is massive inventory bifurcation in the U.S. Housing Market right now. Former boomtowns like Denver, Austin, Nashville, and Tampa are now overflowing with surplus listings. Prices are now dropping in these markets due to high inventory (+15 to 50% above 2019) combined with lower demand and overbuilding. On the contrary, in America's Northeast/Midwest Rust Belt, inventory is still in a massive shortage. With listings down 50-70% in Chicago, Albany, and Hartford. There are still bidding wars in these areas, and prices are still going up. Know the truth about where your housing market is heading on reventure.app.
