@ScotiabankHelps Why have the email alerts stopped again? Why is the app having problems again? Why aren't shareholders asked why your technical team is having problems maintaining the basic features of a mobile banking app. You've moved from leader to trailing in your industry.

@ScotiabankHelps I don't consider doing this lightly since it's a pain to switch banks and I've just received a whack of new checks. But a mobile app needs to be highly reliable / stable to retain me. Your team is no longer hitting that mark. It's tablestakes, not a deluxe bonus feature.
