Most don't go above and beyond,they give you the bare minimum and expect the maximum amount when it comes to a tip. Please. Getting ridiculous. I give a tip when. I want, im not your employer. Ask for a raise or something.

The workers don't make the economy grow: their employers do. Not that I've got anything against the working class. But without their employers taking risks and providing them with capital, they wouldn't have jobs. Earning a paycheck is hard, but writing the check is much harder.
