@Control4 @lon_ind My system just controls my TV and sound system. Now I can’t watch TV or listen to sound. This is my second control 4 system. I was told you improved your product. The provider can get out next week at my expense. I am hosting a party this weekend without a TV or sound. Sad

I wouldn’t have @Control4 given! I’ve put up with this shit for years trying to a find a decent ‘approved installer’ but there isn’t one. Best thing to do with this supposed #homeautomation system is throw it in the bin.

@Control4 Lights stopped working 3 times bills to get them working are between £230 to £1000 >£10,000 quote to sort out the system. Emails ignored. Whose fault is this yours or @GalliardHomes ?

@Control4 Control panel melted all over the wall. Only know people in 4 other homes in the #NEWCAPITALQUAY development with the panels but 3 of them have experienced melting issues.
