The picture on the left - I was out of shape - hated the way I looked - No motivation no discipline - No money to my name The picture on the right - The best shape of my life - can’t stop flexing in every mirror I look at - currently training 5 times a week minimum - I have the most amount of money in my life. I used to always hear you can change a lot in a year and I thought it was rubbish but I guess the saying is true, turn up every day and work hard you will see results 💪🏻 The way you look and feel in your mind is a reflection on what actions you take in life, healthy body healthy mind🤩
