When they attacked marriage, they plunged millions of children into poverty and created an unsustainable welfare state. Stable two-parent families are the most effective anti-poverty programme ever invented Two urgent policies: - Proper tax breaks for married couples with children - End no-fault divorce You shouldn’t dissolve a covenant because “you’ve had enough.” Commitments must mean something again. Restore marriage. Protect children. Fix the foundations.
