Just like the Minotaur and the Hydra of Greek Mythology, 'Blue Monday' is a mythical creature. 🐉 It's a made-up concept with no real basis. Every day is an opportunity to improve and focus on our mental well-being and challenge the myths that hold us back.

Unfortunately we have had to cancel our monthly Walk & Talk which was supposed to take place tomorrow, 15th January at 11am on Llandudno Prom. We are sorry about this as the walk is one we love doing and we will let you know on here when the next walk will be 🩵
