@txsalth2o USNSCC HQ sent a similar memo today forbidding us from wearing our uniforms regardless of if it is for drill or not. This weekend is my annual inspection so it’ll be interesting to see considering uniforms grades is a big part of that and now won’t be included in our scores.

@TurtleTime911 @txsalth2o @VickieforNYC USNSCC HQ sent out a memo today saying we’re no longer allowed to wear our uniforms in public or in private (unless it’s in your own home for an online CPO board for example) regardless of if it is at drill or not. Not JROTC but still very close so there is some truth to it.

@txsalth2o @VickieforNYC This is completely untrue. They are not no longer allowed to wear uniforms. They are banned from traveling and moving around in public in uniforms. That’s different from not wearing them at all. Stop fear mongering.

@midnight9345 No idea. I didn't really keep in contact with the family and only got news about them and the guy from mutual friends. IIRC the dad & step-mom moved to Texas some time between 2017-2018 and his sister followed them a year or so later.

Knew a guy in high school whose parents told him once he graduated, he was on his own. Sure enough, after the ceremony, he goes home & they tell him he needs to be out that night. He couch surfed while working at a roofing company. Pretty sure he died of an overdose during Covid.

@Andr3jH @creatine_cycle She did a test run by drugging her bf which knocks him out (2days?) and then she increases the dosage on these random men. The first one dies so even if she didn’t mean to cause lasting harm she would’ve known the outcome after that but yet she continued to do it to more people.

@BattlefieldInte I think it would’ve looked better if they did less colors so all red and no gold or all gold and no red, but I understand the cultural significance of that colour scheme. Unlike some people I think it’s decently grounded and within the liberties that videos games should take.
