@kouroshh2 I use mostly peak height as it is less prone to be affected by peaks with bad shapes or coeluting. I work with untargeted lipidomics, so chromatograms are very complex. Heights are more reproducible for me, but peak area should be better if your chromatograms are less complex

#Metabolomics experts, I have a question regarding data processing in LC-MS-based metabolomics/lipidomics. Once the processing is complete, do you choose to export the final alignment results as peak height or peak area? Could you please explain the reasoning behind your choice?

First time ever to see a presentation where someone outside our group has used #notame -pipeline for data preprocessing 🤩 Thank you @alvaroferochoa and congrats on great talk! 😊👍🏻 #MetSoc2023

Absolutely stoked to introduce a #preprint of a multidisciplinary effort that establishes a potential mechanistic framework of how #tomato consumption influences our #health! Take a couple minutes to find out why this is so exciting 🧵1/11 biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

A huge thank-you to my co-authors, and especially @CooperstoneLab and @Ohio_Tomato , for giving me a shot at grant writing during my PhD to explore the questions I had. As always, I’m left with more questions than I started with, but I'm excited to explore them further. 11/11

@MichaelTom8o Wait can you make something that goes under the nitrogen dryer that is better than your last prototype? (Which no one will let me throw away.)
