@adamfare1996 All i got out of CBT was to schedule my week, but then that goes against how I feel which often makes doing that extremely difficult... if I have a calendar appointment that's a black hole as it is.

They both come off as FAKE. Not sincere. Phony. Very DIVA-ish. People see through that shit real easy. The fact Charlie Flatboard keeps leaving, and being thrust back into the title picture time and time again doesn’t help.

@adamwms @Cultaholic Although the direction wrestling has gone equally to sell the moves, you have to be able to sell the personality. However, maybe going for story over in the ring needs to be defined.

Bret Hart has spoken out against AEW's talent for being "actors trying to be wrestlers." "I find in a lot of wrestlers - and I won't necessarily name anybody - but I find that the wrestlers are more actors pretending to be wrestlers today than actual wrestlers... I think that's why I still think the '90s was the best era of wrestling. When I watch old '90s wrestling, it was really good stuff. I find that today's wrestling, it's a little bit more about promos and your character on TV, and not so much your work rate. I like guys that throw back a little bit more to the work rate. Roman Reigns is a guy, for example, that I think tries really hard to earn the respect of my generation, and be more realistic and just more credible - more believable. Not so much of an actor. 📢 You might have heard worrying announcements today about the benefits system. Thankfully, none of these changes are immediate, and we will be doing everything we can over the next few months to represent the voices of people with mental health problems to the UK government.

@adamfare1996 My anxiety or whatever has been kicking me for the past 2 weeks... But it puts a limit on what I'm able to do since I don't know a lot about myself and if they'll accept that in the future.

@adamfare1996 I don't think I have much of a future, feel crap enough as it is going through Mental health and loss but this is not giving me anything as trying to force myself to work for places that don't care doesn't do anything to make it brighter. And what can I do, I don't know...

@adamfare1996 I don't think I qualify as severely, but it's not easy to just get a job when you are trying to work out how severe my conditions are and they probably don't see to cut it.

@adamfare1996 I don't know where I am able to work, and where that'll be (I can't do long commuting as that just drives up the issues)... feel like I have a few years left and it's going to be tougher beyond that

@adamfare1996 As I feel like I'm on the lower end of the scale I don't have much of a future where I am... it probably couldn't as I'm a long way from knowing where I want to work if I can in the first place.

@adamfare1996 I stopped taking mine because I couldn't notice any difference (other issues) and that I'm just on a rocky path with doing stuff to a routine.
