Kale, cilantro, onion, Basil (more on the way). Maybe 30 minutes in real labor, 24 hours in the dehydrator, up to maybe $20 or so in value, and premium quality controls. We have a 0% rodent feces policy. Try finding that in any FDA approved product on the market.

Dehydrated all the greens we won't have time to eat fresh from our produce windfall the other day. Onions, kale, cilantro, basil, jalapeños.

@julian_le_roux @Corbienest I was thinking about her interest in this and she will have to run the dehydrator longer than I do in her more humid climate. But it'll still work!

My neighbor told me that his ex wife hired a gas man to replace her furnace or hot water heater or something. And I guess he didn’t have the gas turned off. So as he was working on it the area kept filling and filling with gas. He lit the pilot light and
BOOM.
