These last 30 days we just had one of the biggest wins ever in the history of the brand. We moved our fulfillment from Los Angeles to Dallas. This is a massive game changer for us. 1. LTV, LTV, LTV We ran numbers and folks who received orders within 3 business days had a 7% higher LTV than folks who did not. People love receiving stuff fast (reasonable) and having a fulfillment center in the middle of the country let's us provide that to more customers than ever before. It used to take 6-8 days for a customer to receive an order in the East Coast. Now we get orders to most of our customers in 2-4 days. 2. Managing OpEx Last year growth was fast (which was great), but I wish we grew slower. We never got to properly optimize our OpEx and this led to some very bloated expenses. Having a 3PL fulfill for us will save us massive amounts of cost. 3. We are a product/marketing company (not a logistics company) Not only did OpEx get bloated, but we generally just sucked at warehousing. It's very difficult to hire for Q4 when you are busy trying to manage marketing and product development as a bootstrapped business. I remember being dragged in constantly into warehousing issues last year when I was busy trying to scale the brand. Don't pretend you're a logistics business when you're not.

2018: 800 attendees 2019: 1,200 attendees 2020: (COVID) 2021: 3,000 attendees 2022: 6,000 attendees 2023: 20,000 attendees The growth has been a blessing & something beyond my imagination in only 5 years. We’re up against cons with 30+ years of experience. We’ll catch up soon

sometimes i mourn the things i think ive lost. people. time. memories. opportunities. but i also firmly believe everything that has happened was supposed to happen the way it’s happened for an reason. everything i have, and am, is always enough. always moving toward alignment.
