@SenatorPeterWelch As a former state sen. and a dad of 2, I strongly back the #AppStoreAccountabilityAct. Tech's parental tools aren't enough - we need federal rules holding app stores to account, just like retailers for tobacco. Parents deserve real power to protect kids online

We are in a housing + homelessness crisis in large part because we have spent decades writing state and local rules that have made new housing far too hard and expensive to build. Here is a thread on what we have done in the last 24-hours to turn this around

Building more housing in our village centers and downtowns that have the necessary infrastructure is not only the best way to begin addressing the housing crisis, but encouraging more dense & infill housing will avoid the sprawl that concerns many in the conservation community!

S.100 has my full support! Incremental change to legalize diverse housing types for diverse population is playing the long game matched with $90mm in appropiations for urgent housing programs. Vermont is falling behind the country and perpetuating our homeownership-wealth gap.
