The Phil news is not shocking. The next in line for the role leaving with immediate effect, is… I wish @XboxP3 nothing but the best. The industry is a better place because of him, and I really hope he stays around gaming. One of the good ones.

Hey @skate - love your game, but please tell the execs that made this decision that this an abhorrent break of player trust, and pulling a rug from under your community’s feet for a few extra bucks + forceful paid engagement is undermining your own success. Thx.

I love EA like family, but this is so abysmal. There’s no justification for marketing, promoting and selling players on no paid map expansions (and documenting it numerous times), and then locking the VERY FIRST map expansion behind a paywall.

Indies are thriving and big studios are going to have to learn the lessons or become irrelevant. Players don’t want anymore copycat FPS’s or live service games. It’s pretty clear at this stage.

J. Cole album is good - probably his best work, but it would have been a great solo disc vs two. I’ll stand on Life After Death being the only classic hip-hop double LP. It’s rarely done.

I don’t know how to feel about Highguard. It feels like they stole all of Apex’s UI, put Valorant, Overwatch and R6 Siege in a blender… Shooting does not feel good at all. Concept is cool, as is the traversal, characters and abilities. Needs more modes. I Want to like it?

@AnthonyKyne Think we’re in a time when people can’t be objective or open in viewpoint. Easier to just pick extremes and if you don’t like a liberal, it means you can never like anything he does..or opposite. Canada struggles with this as much as the US does.

I didn’t vote for Carney, but if I had to vote again tomorrow, I would. His speech was patient, profound, honest and direct. Incredibly impressive and it reminds me of what Canada is and what we stand for as Canadians. 🇨🇦
