Customer service nightmare w/ @BestBuy Paid $1k for a washer / dryer. 2 failed delivery attempts. 3rd attempt the washer shows up dented/broken & all I got was a $50 gift card (& still have a broken washer.) I don't ask for much, but publicly shaming #WorstBuy w/ me will help!
