@amit_pawa Interesting…compare two techniques (100% motor- and 0% motor block), measure obvious effect on independent ambulation, infer analgesic equivalency (not powered to do so). Anyone see a problem with the research question/methodology?

Cover your probe everyone! I never want to start a day in the blockroom cleaning someone else’s mess!

@amit_pawa LA resistance is drug dependent and can be as high as 1%. Causes are genetic variations of Na channels,Joint hyper mobility syndromes, scorpion envenomation and mutation of melanocortin 1 receptor.( ginger hair). I’ve seen it a few times with patients from Mediterranean origins.
