*GOOGLE IN TALKS WITH PENTAGON TO USE GEMINI MODELS: INFORMATION

Labs will move away from Nvidia at every opportunity for obvious reasons Imagine we own a STEAK HOUSE $NVDA Farms offers the best beef in the world $GOOG $AMZN $AMD farms offer the 2nd 3rd and 4th best beef in the world We know that bc we’re food dorks But our chefs are all 3 Michelin Star and all other inputs are grown in our uniquely fertile garden **** As a result of the WHOLE, Guests say they can’t tell the difference So, as rational actors, do we allow ourselves to be dependent on Nvidia farms, creating supply risk (what if their cows get sick?) and pricing risk (what if they ask as unreasonable prices while we are totally dependent?) and competitor risk (what if they open a steak house or supply competitor next door?) That’s why AI labs won’t buy Nvidia 100% of the time, even though the chips are better … this is Go … not Chess or Checkers … End of the day, AI Users don’t give a shit about chips, just like I don’t care about what farm the cow came from - they care that Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini taste excellent … which is about the WHOLE (compute, talent, data, distribution), not one ingredient … If Jensen wants the AI labs to spur TPU and Tranium, then AI Models trained on Rubin need to taste so much better to users, that the labs must build a biz around Nvidia farms Everything else is noise

Gen AI traffic share update Main takeaways: → Gemini holds a quarter of the share. → Claude almost doubled its share between February and March, crossing the 6% mark. → DeepSeek surpassed Grok again. → We’ve added m365.cloud.microsoft/chat to Copilot’s share, which explains the increase from previous updates. 🗓️ 12 months ago: ChatGPT: 77.43% Grok: 7.03% Gemini: 6.00% DeepSeek: 3.73% Perplexity: 1.66% Claude: 1.40% Copilot: 1.38% 🗓️ 6 months ago: ChatGPT: 71.75% Gemini: 13.56% Grok: 4.08% DeepSeek: 2.81% Perplexity: 2.51% Claude: 2.26% Copilot: 2.01% 🗓️ 3 months ago: ChatGPT: 63.19% Gemini: 22.59% DeepSeek: 4.08% Grok: 3.26% Claude: 2.22% Perplexity: 1.86% Copilot: 1.80% 🗓️ 1 month ago: ChatGPT: 56.72% Gemini: 25.46% Claude: 6.02% DeepSeek: 3.74% Grok: 3.44% Copilot: 1.99% Perplexity: 1.64%
