@bt_uk my mum cancelled Netflix Dec 22 but every month it turns back on and she has to phone and go through cancellation again and again what do we do…??

Billed by BT. She has never used the service, no other devices? No other users My daughter tried to log in on her tv with our Netflix and accidentally subscribed and like I said mum has had to phone every month several times to try and get it turned off but Netflix keeps comin
