Everyone has to have agency for this to be a thought experiment. If you think voting blue means you save babies you’ve taken it too literally. It breaks down under this premise. How does a 1-day old baby vote? It says EVERYONE right. They can’t communicate or move. Do we wait on them to grow up enough to rollover and hope they flop on a button? What about babies born while we wait on the immobile ones to rollover? Do they vote? How do people in comas vote? Remember EVERYONE HAS TO VOTE under your literal idiot premise. It breaks down if everyone doesn’t have agency. How are you all this stupid? Please RT if you see this. I legit want answers from these people. School me.

@DeTocqueville14 I actually did notice this happen a couple weeks ago. I saw a very fat guy in Levi’s and wanted to see what the waist measurement was on the tag (it was actually blank, I guess they stop printing it past a certain size?). I noticed he was wearing same pants the next day.

Didn’t read the article, but I’m not sure this one is very deep. The ring comes with some assumptions… at the most base level some other woman decided you were worth attaching to permanently for some reason… so you can provide, youre secure/safe, you’re attractive, maybe all, etc.

As a woman, I must have missed this news. Many of us are perfectly happy with a partner who works, trains, is there for us and – yes – relaxes with a bit of gaming. To be honest: something like playing ‘COD’ together is called… fun. And once he’s ticked everything off your ever-growing ‘honey-do list’, surely the least you can do is let him have an hour on his console without a grumpy, spoilt princess giving him a lecture – don’t you agree?

When women say they don't like a male hobby, you must translate this to, "I feel anxious if I see my boyfriend/husband spending time on a surrogate activity rather than a tangible achievement, because I feel our resources are insecure, and like he isn't prioritising my needs."
