@BandQ how long does it take to receive a reply from Customer Services after submitting form? I have made many calls to no avail. I was told that I am receiving excellent service 😂. Package was delivered damaged almost 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for collection and refund.

Poppet’s Mum: Poppet had a peaceful night and has eaten a little scrambled egg from my hand and has taken some water. She’s resting now and will see the vet tomorrow to have her dressing changed. Thank you for your love and good wishes, they’re very much appreciated . ❤️‍🩹

Only now able to post this sad news our beautiful girl Noodles left us in the evening of October 9th aged 13 we had 9 wonderful years with her, she was the absolute best girl for us. We are lucky to have lots of wonderful memories.
