@Cosatto_Tweets I went to put the seat unit on the chassis of my Cosatto Wow & it wouldn't fit on? I am still pregnant so haven't looked at it in a while. Does it need adaptors? Should the seat unit be in a certain position when attaching?Sure it's just me as it did fit fine!

Seems there’s a week wait for a reply to every email from @Cosatto_Tweets about an unsafe pram. Shame the 4 year guarantee doesn’t cover its awful design.

@Cosatto_Tweets does anyone monitor your social media? I've tried fb and insta to talk about a car seat of yours that we have, listed as a don't buy by which. Would be nice to get an answer as close to getting rid of the car seat & wouldn't recommend your brand, v poor service!

@Cosatto_Tweets hi guys. We have the Woosh and after 6 months of waiting for help getting the main covers off for washing I've given up phoning. Beautiful stroller but NIGHTMARE to wash and in all honesty now useless as its stained to hell and handwashing while on frame isnt

@Cosatto_Tweets unbearable service from 1 of your vendors Babylicious. I ordered on 23rd Dec a posy car seat to complete my pram set for our nearly due baby. Only yesterday I received email that the seat is now out of stock at cosatto. I'm not happy about this. Nothing will match
